Randomize the free and locked vids below the fold.
Just a quick idea. When users go below the fold, they see all the videos are locked preventing them from discovering below the fold in other section.
A quick solution would be to add more unlocked vids below the fold allowing users to see the value of subscribing by scrolling the others parts below the fold.

That's an interesting idea! We now have 5 videos in each category available in the free version. More than 100 videos. Maybe one of these 5 videos should go under the fold, but do you think it might get lost?
